Day..................

TWO of my California Trip.........has been another "amazing day"!

Aidan went off to school this morning and we were able to walk with him to school. It is such a "fun school concept" Not one building but groups of small building that houses each classroom.
We returned home from taking Aidan..... had a few minutes then off we were to........

Clara's ballet lesson. She was all dressed up in her pink leotards and her pink slippers. What memories it brought back to me and yes, it seemed just like yesterday I was doing this with Amanda! I was able to watch Clara dance through the observation window. She LOVES to dance and in my opinion was the STAR of her class! I have some pictures here but remember that when I post the pictures they were taken through the glass window.

Clara getting ready to do her "free expression" dance! Everyone was so nice in her class and all the "mothers" that I met!

We left ballet and returned home for a bite of lunch.............Clara went off to kindergarten. Lisa took Scott to the airport so he could fly to Chicago for some meetings with work! Yes, that is right..........I come to California and he goes to Chicago......what can I say!??? It is a "busy" household.........and that is one thing for sure that I know! You never are in ONE place for very long........before you are off to another place!!

Sacrament California temple! It was such a wonderful experience........to be in the temple..... to drive ten minutes and there I was. I totally enjoyed this time..........I found much joy and happiness being in the temple!

I came home..........NO I DID NOT SIT......... we visited for a little while then it was off for Aidan's piano lesson. I did not get a picture of this event but totally enjoyed going to the house of his teacher's and listening to him play the piano. Such busy happy children!!

After piano lesson.......
we went swimming!!
I have to admit Lisa and I sat on the edge of the hot tub most of the time and "talked"!
We swam for a few hours..........came home and had dinner and then it was bath time. I read a book to Clara then she read TWO books to me. It was bed time for the children.
I am about to join that group as I am exhausted.........yes, my body is still trying to adjust to the three hour time change and tomorrow is the big day. I don't think I will have access to be blog while in Fresno so you will have to wait until Friday for the update of Elder Grant Zinn's release.

I have no update on if Elder Eric Zinn left the MTC today for Ft. Lauderdale Florida but since I did not hear from him and the mission president said they would write a short e-mail to us I am wondering if the flights were delayed because of the storms they were having........

Anyway...........one more cute story..........
I am sleeping in Clara's room which is the "PRINCESS ROOM" She did express concern to her mother that I might "break her PRINCESS bed" because it is a smaller bed than Aidan's and that is usually where the "guests sleep"..........Lisa assured her the bed would not break if I slept in it!

............I am going to bed now in "THE PRINCESS ROOM" I am so tired........ I m so grateful that Clara is such a gracious little girl that willingly gives up this "lovely" room for me........... and of course Aidan is such a gracious host that he is sharing his room with Clara so that I have a nice "princess room to sleep in" and to which I am now going!
Remember.........."Eight is enought to fill my heart with live" and my heart is so full this evening. It has been an exciting, rewarding day that I have filled with precious memories.......
