OHIO.........IS A FUN PLACE TO VISIT!
It is quite interesting to see a town so supportive of their college football team. There is Ohio State memorabilia everywhere in the town. Houses decorated, people displaying it on their clothes.......you could not help but catch the spirit. I wondered what would happen if we could display that kind of passion for other things in life! It was amazing........ So yes, Columbus, Ohio was a fun place to visit but sorry........it was not because of the college football, not because of the "buckeye's"..........but because of.....family
We left Ft. Wayne Friday after I got off work.........(yes, I did FUN FRIDAY and it was many different apple desserts........and YES, I was up way to late fixing them) It was OK because I knew we were going to leave for the weekend.
It was a lovely drive there and back! The leaves are just beginning to turn colors.......the farmers were busy getting their fields plowed and the harvest in! I totally enjoyed the drive there and back. We do live in a beautiful world and have much to be thankful for. I am continually in amazement that we have so much..... with beauty all around us declaring the Love Heavenly Father has for each one of us!

Saturday we went to the
movies! We went to see "FOREVER STRONG"! It is an excellent movie made by a LDS film crew about a rugby team out of Salt Lake City, UT based on a true story.........we really enjoyed it.......Thanks Ben for suggesting the movie!
Then we walked a little............ate at Panara's (where else!)
Went to a few other places then back to Amanda, Ben and Marnie's apartment.
What more could a mother want than to be SURROUNDED by her children? I know of no other things that bring me more happiness than my children and grandchildren!OK......I will be the first to admit that I needed to "REST"........I am NOT as young as I use to be!!
YES.........everyone had to be nourished and there were always good meals prepared!
TEAM WORK........Ya gotta have TEAM WORK!And we certainly did!!
It takes an "entire village" to cook a good Mexican dinner!What do you do after a delicious dinner?????

After a little rest everyone is ready to get down to serious business and play some FAMILY GAMES!FAMILY GAME TIME!
It was a "FUN FILLED" weekend and we LOVED every minute of it!THANK YOU
