We have been on the GO all day long!
Trevor and I were up early and made the donut and chocolate milk
run before any one else was awake! We returned home and enjoyed the fun of chocolate milk and he got the BIGGEST donut in the case with chocolate icing. He enjoyed
every bite of it!!We went to the Primary Activity Day at church and from the pictures you can see they joined right in with the other children. "FRIENDS..... ya gotta have FRIENDS.... wherever you are!!"
We had some lunch then Kayla and I went to Julianne's ballet recital.......... it was a fun afternoon watching all those children dance. It seemed like yesterday that was Amanda on stage.....After the ballet recital.......
we went to the ZOO because when we went the other day I decided it would be well worth a GRANDMA pass to the zoo! So we have the ability to go all summer on it. Maybe some of my "other" grandchildren can come and play with me sometime!!They had a fountain you could play and get wet in. Kayla asked me if she could go and I told her only her feet could get wet.... see how far that went?!........ it is not just her feet that are wet and Kayla kept telling me: " Grandma Barb it is OK"! BUT: when we had to get out and go home WET....... it was NO LONGER OK! I took my sweater in the car and wrapped her up......... she quickly changed her clothes when she got home!!
We just finished with baths and to bed in a little bit...........then for me it is off to the grocery store, fixing dinner for the YSA carry in..... and all those fun things that we do on Saturday to get ready for Sunday!!
