Nauvoo Temple
is where Eric & Irene were married for Time & all Eternity

this temple has a special meaning for me since I was raised in the Nauvoo Stake. I served in a stake calling for the Nauvoo Stake and spent much time in Nauvoo.
There was just a marking of the foundation of the temple all the years I went then
the Prophet announced that a Temple would be built in Nauvoo
and it would be a replica of the one that stood there so many
years ago.
This is where Eric & Irene chose to begin their married life together....

Mr. & Mrs Zinn

One of the reasons Eric & Irene picked the Nauvoo Temple was so that my mother, Eric's Grandmother would be able to attend. My mother is 94 years old and it was important to both of them that she have the opportunity to attend this wedding.

I do not have too many pictures of the temple wedding since I left my camera at my sisters house but hopefully the photographer will be sharing the ones she took very soon with us.

It was a hot day...107 degrees but the spirit was strong and the occasion made everything OK.

We drove to Galesburg, IL to have a dinner reception for those who attended the wedding.
