HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I know it has been awhile since I have posted a blog!  Life is CRAZY here with working retail. Every year I think this is the worse and I find the next year beats it hands down.  Well, this year started "earlier" and many people so upset that we cannot give them the things they "want/need"!  I do my very best to keep a perspective but sometimes it is a CHALLENGE! I just cannot understand the rudeness of people.  Does life really revolve around the "things" they can buy.....do other people really think the "operator" can make them appear?  What power they think I must have
People arrived Wednesday evening and my job and the people seemed like a million miles away and a gentle reminder that they do not matter.........it is my family that does

They arrived Wednesday evening and we had Pizza....
 James had the "magic touch"
It took major re arranging but we moved out the living room furniture and got enough tables in the  room so we could ALL SIT TOGETHER!

I am excited to have everyone here but Grant and Katie traveled the furthest to be here
to celebrate.  It is so god to have them here!

Marnie & Amanda made cute name tags for EVERYONE !
Cute Savannah

I am blessed beyond measure to have such a wonderful family.  I love them so much and what they bring into my life.  I could write a blog a mile long of specific things I am thankful for and I would still come up short.  Gratitude abounds this day and always.
EIGHT "plus" is enough to fill my HEART with LOVE!

Awesome. . . . I so miss being w/family for the holidays. Our gatherings are just fine . . . just so different from the first 60 years!
