DAY 3

Of a FUNtastic FUN TIME

with Braden

Basically, this was our last day together to "PLAY"! I will go to church tomorrow then have to head back to the Fort and to my "real world"! It has been a FUN time and the memories will go with me back home!.

Braden was a "little" sun burn from our water park day. He was "just like his dad" and I told him the story thinking it would help, but it didn't.

Years ago, Kay and I took the boys to Florida. We went to Wet and Wild and found our place we were going to be. We put sunscreen on the boys and told them to come back EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR for more sunscreen. We did not see them for the rest of the day. Of course James and Scott came back "burned". We walked the park looking for them but it was HUGE and we just could not find them. I told Braden and Jonathon to come back EVERY HOUR for sunscreen. Well, they did not so I set out to look for them because I did not want history to repeat itself! This water park was NOT that big so I did find them and we applied more but Braden still got a little pink. They played and played all day long. So today, Braden got up, ate breakfast then I found him back in bed for about hour. Much needed sleep. The sun can just zap you.

Braden wanted to go to downtown Naperville and he did an excellent job giving me directions on getting there! He wanted to go to lunch at "his favorite restaurant" so we walked a little then we went to the restaurant.

Braden knew what he wanted and when I went to order the plain grilled chicken with NOTHING on it I know the waiter wondered WHY I was there?!

Braden enjoyed his and that is what counts!

You wouldn't be a Zinn and just walk by an Apple Store......so in we went to look at the newest and latest things!

Braden wanted to show me the newest ipod and how awesome it was!

Look how they just "dangle" the Mac book right before you :)

Then Braden wanted to go to the book store......

Braden was excited to get this book. It is the last in the series to which he has read.

After that we went to:

and just walked around looking at all the fun things!

This was one of the things you could try out. Braden had been here before with his dad and James got the ball in the 1,000 point hole so Braden tried and tried to get his ball there but could not get past the 500 point. We finally decided it was time to go home.......

Braden & Aidan (who lives in California) played x box with each other.....

We did not do much of anything tonight......I think we are both tired.

Braden's mom, dad and sister return tonight and I know we have had fun but he does miss his family! That is how it is suppose to be! :)

I have carried some fun filled memories from the few days we have had together......

I would not trade it for anything.....and remember.........

EIGHT plus IS ENOUGH TO FILL MY HEART WITH LOVE!
