I am so ready for spring and I know officially it is over a month away!
This has been quite a year and I am so ready to SIT IN THE SUN and soak up the warmth!
This winter we lived through:
THE ICE STORM in December with loss of power..........
THEN: there was COLD weather and SNOW:
Yesterday we awoke to this:
Need I say any more????????We learned with the ice storm that we were NOT prepared.......well, it was the same with this. NO BOOTS that were waterproof to try and get out to the drains to free up the debris so the water could drain. Cameron tried just wearing his "flip flops" in the icy cold water but he could NOT last very long.........
"rain, rain go away......."
we want sunshine and warmth.......is that to much to ask after this winter.
